Lou has have been trained by Dr. Tom House, "The Father of Modern Day Pitching Mechanics", of the National Pitching Association (NPA) and the Rod Dedeaux Research Baseball Institute (RDRBI). Lou is also a "Mike Epstein Rotary Hitting" Certified Coach. Lou has over 7 years of pitching/hitting coaching experience. Lou specializes in training athletic development as well as baseball skill. Lou is a certified 3D clinician with Welch-e technologies and can measure a pitchers/hitters efficiency and diagnose injury potential. Lou uses V1 and Dartfish video analysis in his instruction.
Zack Skog is currently an Assistant Baseball Coach at Aurora University. He joined AU’s coaching staff during the fall 2015. In his first year as an assistant coach, the Spartans finished 24-19 overall and 13-7 in conference play, clinching the 3 seed in the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) tournament.
Skog also serves as an assistant coach in the Kane County Phantoms travel baseball program. He coached alongside head coach Oney Guillen on the 18u American team during the summer of 2016. He is a member of both the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) and the Pitch and Hit Club of Chicago.
As a player, Skog spent four seasons as an outfielder at Aurora's NACC opponent Wisconsin Lutheran College in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In his time at WLC he was a four-year NACC Scholar-Athlete. On the field he hit .268 with 26 runs scored, 31 runs batted in, eight doubles and one triple. He is currently continuing his playing career as a member of the Northwest Hawks in the Midwest Suburban League largest amateur baseball league.
Currently a minor leaguer in the Chicago White Sox organization. Selected in the 21st round of the 2014 MLB Draft by the Chicago Cubs. Spent 1 year with the Cubs organization playing with there short-season A affiliate, the Boise Hawks (2014), and 2 years with the Joliet Slammers organization (2015-2016) of the Frontier League, before being picked up by the White Sox in September. Was a 2-time All-ACC outfielder at the University of Maryland, as well as becoming the schools all-time stolen base leader with 86 and setting a single season Maryland record with 39 stolen bases. Named the MVP of the 2014 NCAA Columbia Regional. Attended Naperville North High School where he was a second team All-State selection by the Chicago Sun Times and Chicago Tribune as well as a 2-time DuPage Valley All-Conference performer. Will be available for private 1-on-1 instruction or group lessons. Charlie has 4 years of coaching experience.
Stu Miller is a Naperville resident with 4 athletic sons. He has been actively coaching youth baseball in Naperville for 16 years, has umpired for more than 5 years and has played organized baseball for more than 40 years. He is still catches 3-4 Men's Senior Baseball League games per week during the baseball season and is at the top of the league in throwing out base runners.
He prides himself on teaching the "inner workings" of catching. Stu believes in teaching the fundamentals of catching while stressing safety and a teaching kids about the need to respect the game. His students will be taught not only the "what" of catching but also the "why" in order to deepen their understanding of the concepts. Stu's coaching has helped prepare many Naperville youth for High School Baseball tryouts and has helped deepen their love for the game.
